NOTES: This is the perfect example of a quote I heard a few days ago during a broadcast of Le Tour de France. The quote was like this: ” It doesn’t matter where you ride, what you ride or how long you ride, as long as you ride. Because every minute on the bike takes you one step further”. This may not be the exact quote, but it represents the core meaning of it.

It is a little poetic, isn’t it? But I think it’s true…
