NOTES: Today I did a run on my road bike during the most adventurous time possible (if you’re riding on the streets)…Rush Hour. I always like the feeling to be faster than all the car drivers sitting in their car, stuck in traffic, waiting to get home. Sometimes you can almost feel the dislike in their eyes, when they see you passing them by on a bike. Of course it’s not always easy finding your way through traffic, especially when the bike lane is blocked by a car.

At the end of the day I think, that, even if it’s not always as fun as it may look, riding in the heaviest time of traffic is keeping your mind straight and taking your riding a step further. And that is what it is all about, right?

Stay safe out there and ride on…
